The unfairness of some of us...

Hi there,
The truth is that I don't really know what to tell you in this post, and I promise that I've been thinking a lot about it before I started to write... No ideas anyway! But well, I would lie if I said that there isn't anything new that worries me at the moment, because, in fact, there is something I haven't stopped thinking about since this morning. Well, the problem is actually not mine, it's more another girl's one, but I'm quite worried about her because I see how other people treat and talk about her. I don't pretend to change anything with this post, and I'm not going to tell any name either, but I really think that people should really stop acting this way.
I've been in her class for many years and I could see how every year more people have laughed more and more at her way of being and behaving. "But why do people do this?"-have I always asked myself. Well, I think basically because they can't really understand that some people are not like them, and that there are some people who are maybe shier than them or who just don't think the same way as they do. I'm not going to say that I haven't ever laughed at anybody or treat anybody in an unfair way, but hey, we're nearly 18 years old and I think we're at a point to change this. This girl feels every time worse about these comments, and it's normal that she'll get more nervous and insecure if people continue treating her like their do. I'm not saying that everyone has to like her or to be her friend, no, I would only like some people to think a little before they do things like these, I only want them to put themselves into her situation and guess how they'd feel if they were her...
Sorry for this post, I don't want to go against anybody but I had to say this. It's my point of view and I hope you respect it...

see ya!

ill...

Hi,
today was not really a good day for me, even if I didn't had what we could call "real bad luck". No, the point was actually that I didn't feel well at all (I've got a terrible cold :S) and was just sitting there in class, counting every single minute to go finally home. A part from this, I did my presentation in English today, about my research paper (again -.-), and I didn't have any problems (a part of my little illness...). But anyway, this wasn't a normal presentation, it was the last one I'd do this year. On the one side it's cool, 'cause I can now concentrate better on the other work I have, but on the other side it feels quite strange... It's like another step to the end of the curse. I can't really find the words to explain how I felt when I finished the presentation this morning...
Ok, what else can I tell you? That I've just taken a look at the pictures I still had on my PC and I found a lot from my holidays in Germany last Summer. I've really noticed that I miss all my friends there a lot and I'm really looking forward to travel there as soon as possible!
Leave you already :)
see ya!

The research paper is done!!!!

Hi everyone!
First of all I gotta say SORRY that I haven't written for such a long time... I had actually promised myself not to leave everything with the blog for the last minute, as I sadly had to do in the last term, but as you see, I'm a bit late again..! Anyway, I'm sure you can imagine why I didn't really find a minute to write you a few lines, right? Because I was doing like every student of second Batxillerat the well-known research paper. Well, even if it was an incredible amount of work (basically because my tutor was very strict and was never really happy with the things I had done) now I can proudly say that I've finished it!!!!! Yes, two days ago was the presentation of the research-project and I think I did quite well, teachers only told me positive things about my work and they didn't even ask questions. Really, I went bananas when I came out of this classroom one minute after the exposition I started jumping and dancing in the middle of the corridors... I was so happy to have finished all this! And more than everything, I was really proud of myself and the 230 pages I had written, just because, at the beginning, my tutor didn't really help me with anything.
Ok my dears, gotta leave you already. I wish you a very nice weekend!

The end of Exams!

Hi there,

today I've done the last exam for the moment and I'm really happy that this endless stress has finally come to an end. But anyway, this year I'm not taken it as hard as last year, I mean, I still study hard and so but I've got limits this year.
Last year, I remember, that I nearly fainted one day thanks to the stress... It's actually true that how much you are stressed depends on yourself, and this is exactly what I wanted to change, I don't want tot take it SO hard, don't want to reach that point again...
Anyway, now everything's done and we can finally relax a little bit even if we still have the reasearch project waiting to be continued and, if possible, finished. I'll really have to use these days when I'm less stressed with exams to write and read a lot... I want to finish the reasearch paper as soon as possible >.<
My sister has called me today to talk about her holidays in Spain in a few weeks. She's gonna come with her husband and her daughter for more or less a week to visit us. I'm really happy
about this, 'cause I haven't seen her for a long time... It's also very curious to see how fast a child like my three year old niece grows... That shows us again how fast time goes by and how quickly everything can change.
Ok, dears, I'm gonna leave you already. I still have to do my Oral Presentation Evaluation... But anyway, I want to show you a picture of me when I was a baby... I just found it and it made me laugh a lot ;-) My mum says that I was always smiling and laughing when I was a child... Well, after seeing this picture you'll believe her!
See ya and have a nice "long" weekend!!
Bye bye!!

S T R E S S E D!!!

Hi there,
here we are again... I'm sure everyone who has read my blog will have wondered about the things I wrote about, cause it's not usual that I don't say a word about stress in four posts!
Well, my dears, the time has finally come and now I definitely can say that I'm absolutely stressed agai
n. You can't even imagine how difficult the exam we did today was. It was about the whole 19th Century in history of Spain, and there were so many information, dates, facts and names that I nearly went crazy!
Next week won't be much better tha this one, 'cause we've got a lot of difficult exams too, such as Philosophy and History of Art... I'll be happy when I'll have done them all... I really need this small holiday next week. Oh, you can't imagine how much!!
But anyway, we have to be happy that the maybe most difficult exam is already done, so we don't have to worry about it anymore.
I leave you already ok? Here's a picture of my dog ;-)
see you!

Video for you!!

Hey everyone!
Today won't write you as much as I normally do. I actually just wanted to show a video I saw some days ago and which I found incredibly nice and interesting. It's a music video from Nickelback, my favourite group, but it talks about social topics and of how some people could change the world.
The lyrics of this song are also incredible:

As we lie beneath the stars

We realize how small we are
If they could love like you and me
Imagine what the world could be

If everyone cared and nobody cried
If everyone loved and nobody lied
If everyone shared and swallowed their pride
We'd see the day when nobody died

Maybe I like this video so much because I worry a lot about the world and about people in general. It's actually this, poverty, famine, and things loke those about I would like to report once as a journalist. It's something like a dream... trying to change the world... Maybe it's quite an impossible aim but, hey, "Never doubt that a small group of committed people can change the world. Indee, it is the only thing that ever has".
Hope you enjoy the video ;-)

My Summer '07

Summer...
The greatest season of the whole year for nearly everyone... A season in which we can disconnect, in which we can think about completely other things that school, a season which can make your life change completely...
Yes, this Summer 2007 was quite different than the ones I had before, even if I would not say that it has been one of the best in my life. No, this Summer was special, full of emocions, experiences, laughs and many tears 'cause it made me learn many many things about life, love and friendship.

Maybe the greatest time of this Summer was the beginning, when I went to Germany to visit one of my best friends, Nathalie, who I know for about 16 years. I alway enjoy being with her, her family and her friends, maybe it's because I know them for so long and because they're house has become nearly like my second home. After one week in Bonn, Nathalie returned with me to Spain and stayed with me another week.
But the most important thing about this Summer was that I realized that the guy I always told you about last year had only been playing with me. Thanks God I saw this quite early, so it was not as hard as you'll probably think... At exactly this time, this quite difficult time of confusion when I nearly lost my confidence to everyone, I met
him, an incredible boy, maybe the most special one I've ever met. We had quite a lot of troubles with other people before we finally started going out together, but now everything's ok and we're very happy together. It's really like a dream... The feeling of having a person who you really, REALLY love by your side is impossible to describe...
Ok, dears, gotta leave you now. Why do I always have to write so much?! Hahaha..
see ya!

P.s.: In the picture: Nathalie and me ;)
